Servicing and Calibration
The geomatics profession is implicated in several ISO standards. The important ISO 9001:2000 prescribes regular instrument testing and calibration. To help meet required stringent alignment tolerances, GTE (Africa) Ltd has established a modern service and calibration workshop where all brands of surveying instruments will be tested and calibrated to meet and exceed manufacturer specifications.

Our Service
Technicians/Engineers are factory trained to the very highest standards and undertake regular, and ongoing, professional training so as to remain updated and support even the modern Land surveying Instruments currently in the market. We specialize in the calibration of levels, laser levels, Theodolites, Total stations and GPS Systems.
We are able to carry out these procedures on all manufacturers’ survey equipment at a competitive cost and all instruments are issued with a 12 month Certificate of Conformity.
